Personal Information is also collected when individuals provide other documentation to us containing Personal Information, including completion of a Membership Agreement and a Health Questionnaire. Personal Information also includes information we collect in the course of providing services to individuals and external communications.

 

B Inspired Martial Arts will disclose personal information if it is under a legal requirement to do so (for example, under a court order, or if required under legislation), or if an authorised request is made from a law enforcement agency. We may also disclose personal information that you provide to third parties directly providing services to you, such as training camp providers. Only the information that you provide to us in relation to that particular event may be shared as necessary for provision of the services.

If you complete full registration with us you will be added to the email list. If you decide to opt-out of our email list, you may reply requesting stop or contact us via our website.

Text and What's App Messages: We may use the phone number to send user information and updates. It may also be used to respond to inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If you complete full registration with us you will be added to the SMS / WhatsApp Group list. If you decide to opt-out of our SMS / WhatsApp list please advise us or respond with the word STOP.

Photographs: At times, B Inspired Martial Arts may wish to use photos/video footage taken at or in connection with events associated with our school for promotional purposes.
